WOSCC is governed by an executive board of eight elected members. The board develops policies and acts to implement these, as well as ensuring the smooth functioning of the projects and the field office.
The field office oversees the running of all projects. Finance and administration is based centrally for all projects. Participatory decisions are taken at regular staff meetings, review meetings and at quarterly and annual planning meetings. Within any project, the project in charge will resolve issues relating to the project, if this is not possible then the issue will be taken to the program director or board by the coordinator. All board members conduct frequently field visits to all projects and are involved very closely with the projects.
